In June, 2016, part of the wonderful things that happened to me was taking daily nugget on Emotional Intelligence on one of the Whatsapp group I belong to (Gals Int'l Frank Talk). This continued for the 30 days in June and guess what? it affected my thinking, attitude, daily routine and so on.



On one of the days, the nuggets talked about those who sit and talk about people. It described such people as unsuccessful people; they are ready to fail completely in life. I realised I was gradually falling into that category without knowing.

Now, here is the thing, I AM NOT HERE TO MOTIVATE YOU!

The nuggets I will be sharing with you in the next 30 days is not to give you rules and regulations you must follow.

Here is my aim before and at the end of the 30 days; To get you PRACTICING, ACTING, DOING!
