Nigeria Depots 712 foreigners

You know, in life, one should never think he or she is at the lowest ebb. Believe in God, put in your best  and success will come. Such is the case for our dear country Nigeria. In as much as many Nigerians have a life ambition of leaving the country, Nigeria has also become a hub for other national and people flood in to our Nigeria for greener pastures.

This has prompted the National Immigration Service, Delta state command of the NISSchedule to put in more efforts in finding illegal immigrants. According to Mr. Madu Musa of the NIS, Delta state command, 712 foreigners were captured and deported, being illegal immigrants.

The command declared that in their effort to rid the state of illegal immigrants, the command has begun a clean up exercise of the entire state in order to completely eliminate the presence of undocumented foreigners in the state.

Thousands of individuals were arrested in the clean up activity as expected but after a thorough screening, 712 people (mainly west Africans) were recognized as illegal residents and consequently deported.

Mr. Madu Musa stated that the command will continue to carry out this exercise as long as logistic supports remain available, stating that the Delta state government have been very supportive in providing logistics support
