 2.  POOR MINDSET.

Many people are poor because of their mindset.

Proverbs 23:27 says, "As a man thinks in his heart, so is he." What does that mean? It means a man who  possesses a poor mindset will end up becoming poor.

Your performance is a function of your perspective. Your mentality is what  defines your destiny. Until you change the way you think, you cannot change the way you live.

It is your mental picture that determines your actual future. Financial breakthrough is more of your mentality than  activity. Until our mentality is healed, there is no hope for economic recovery in our nation.

Former President of America, John F. Kennedy, in his historical speech, said, " It is a time we stop thinking of what America can do for us, rather let's start thinking of what we can do for America. That is what brings about the change.”

An average youth in our nation  has no job. They often walk around the street thinking of who will help them. They go about wondering if they will find  a helper .

The truth is, we can't break out of poverty until we stop pitying ourselves and feeling helpless about our circumstances.

You must change the way you think. Until then, nothing will change.

Your imagination is powerful. It determines your outcome. If you wish to bring anything into your life, first of all, imagine that it is already there.

The law of attraction says; your expectations determine your experience. Thus, when you have good thoughts and expectations, you will see good things happening around you and in your life.
