Emotional intelligence (Day 25) - Discover yourself (The Johari Window) (2)

1. Blind self (Naïve self): you do not know about yourself but you understand other people, unintentionally irritating them.

People can tell you things but they may be fearful of hurting your feelings. For example, a person who considers themselves as intelligent may be viewed as arrogant and ignorant by others.

2. Undiscovered self (mysterious self): you do not know about yourself and do not know about others. It is that part which neither we nor others see.

Takeaway: Who are you? (Joy .n. Ugwu)
