In order to be more productive, you must shed the following bad habits

1. Impulsively surfing the net

2. Perfectionism

3. Unnecessary meetings

4. Responding to emails as they come

5. Putting off tough tasks

6. Using your phone, tablet or computer in bed

7. Eating too much sugar

8. Hitting the snooze button
