Sports news : Nigeria Cricket Team sacks coach

In light of the dismal performance in the recently concluded ICC World Cricket League Division Five tournament hosted in the Jersey Island,Uk.

The Nigeria Cricket Federation has sacked the coach of the Nigerian cricket team and also disbanded the team.

This announcement was made by the federation president Emaka Onyeama while addressing a press conference in Nigeria's capital,Abuja.

The team finished bottom of the group after loosing the 5th place play-off to Tanzania.Other teams in participation were Oman,Guernsey and Vanautu.
