Managing your time and your life.

Twenty-four hours a day is becoming insufficient these days.Time flies by and some of our tasks for the day are incomplete. This leads to procrastinating some of the things we have set for the day.

Time management is a special skill for those seeking success in every area of their lives.Without this skill,an individual becomes complacent and a perpetual procrastinator. One hour becomes two, three, four hours in quick succession. Before you realise twenty-four hours is gone for good. You can't have it back. You begin to think,"today is just too fast".

Well, maybe you need to hasten up,i mean....manage your time better. The question is how?

Here's how...

  • Very early in the morning, visualise what you want to do and achieve for the whole day.
  • Write them down on a paper
  • Start doing those tasks one after the other while checking on your to-do-list time after time so you don't loose focus.
  • Discipline yourself not to allow other things distract you,no matter how interesting those things might be.Truth is,you'll definitely be distracted but how strong is your level of discipline?
  • Go from one task to another successfully
  • Remember to watch your progress and tick the tasks completed.
  • Balance work with play, that way the process doesn't become too boring or tiring.

Do not get frustrated when some of your tasks fails instead reward yourself at the end of the day.

This practically helps you live an organized life, keeps on top of your game and helps you achieve little tasks that ultimately leads to success in life.
