How do you learn to succeed?

Every individual has some goals he or she hopes to achieve at a certain period of time. However,not everyone achieves the set goals.

Now there is a difference between an achiever and an underachiever...some will argue that is is sheer luck,some will say it is grace and perhaps others will assume it is destiny.

Here is what every goal-setter should understand,for every goal there is a plan.For every plan,there is a strategy,for every strategy comes the virtues of discipline and commitment and the ultimate comes from learning to succeed through failures encountered in the process.

No one has ever failed or succeeded without trying and trying again. Only a few success from a first try ever happens.

However,most successes and without doubt the most interesting and fulfilling comes from a long list of failures encountered on the way.

Oh yes,Luck,grace and destiny would play a part in one' success story but the right plan,the right virtues and the STAYING POWER in times of failures gives the room for luck,grace and destiny to shine.
